Livefromthecity joins The Byron Nash Trio to headline First Night 2022 in Pittsburugh

Livefromthecity and The Byron Nash trio deliver a standout performance to bring in the year 2022.

Livefromthecity is no stranger inter-genre collaborations. From Timebelza, to Starship Mantis, and more recently Afro Yaqui Music Collective, Live is always trying to push his creativity and skills as an MC forward by working with live bands. His most recent venture into this realm of performance came when he met guitarist Byron Nash aka “The Hardest Working Man in PGH” and discovered they were actually cousins. From there, Byron gave Live the opportunity to join the star-studded expansion of Byron’s band to perform the headlining concert-which was also Byron’s 100th show of the year. About Live’s contribution, he wrote this on social media, “As I started putting this show together, I thought, “What if I had Live come through and emcee it, get the crowd hyped up and drop a few hot verses?” Included in the band was Jacquea Mae (vocalist)“Jimi Julz” Powell (drummer), Justin Brown (bassist), Evan Thorsen (guitarist), and Byron’s son, Tommy Nash (keyboardist)
